The Role
We are looking for a passionate leader who wants to build a great team and engineering culture. You’ll be taking over the development of our react native app and will have a team of four full time outsourced developers that we can scale down as we build the team internally.

What You’ll Do
➢ Take over development from a small team responsible for our react native code end-to-end.
➢ Manage and scale our team as the company grows.
➢ A/B test for best optimal design, performance and retention of all features.
➢ Identify future areas of innovation and opportunity leveraging new technologies.
➢ Contribute to new product explorations related to video processing, machine learning, real-time communication and more.

About You
➢ You are passionate about sports and have extensive management experience.
➢ You have strong knowledge of software development fundamentals.
➢ You’ve built and maintained apps used by real people. Experience with video, feeds and messaging is a plus.
➢ You have experience integrating first and third party APIs.
➢ You have exceptional attention to detail. Seriously.
➢ You are pragmatic and can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of detail and ease of use.
➢ You’re comfortable working on both broad concepts and narrowly defined tactical solutions.
➢ You understand how to balance speed, long-term scalability and performance.
➢ You are proactive, self-organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
➢ You are a great collaborator and comfortable working autonomously, while keeping your team up to date.

➢ Our office is at ATDC in Atlanta on the campus of Georgia Tech
