Acclinate is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to Acclinate team members
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members
• Manage and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and databases
• Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory
• Handle travel arrangements for team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role required
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical research environment preferred but not required
