Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI & DataOps strategy aligned with Acclinate's mission, objectives, and key results.
• Implement and manage AI-powered solutions across research, development, marketing, and other critical areas.
• Stay current with the latest trends in AI and data science, advocating for and implementing advancements.
• Drive innovation and experimentation in utilizing AI and data to solve complex healthcare challenges.
• Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleansing to analysis and utilization.
• Build and maintain a robust data infrastructure that is scalable, secure, and compliant.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Recruit and develop a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science and/or AI.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in a business setting.
• Deep understanding of data pipelines, modeling techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience building and managing high-performing data infrastructure.

Desired:

• Knowledge of healthcare data and familiarity with healthcare industry regulations (HIPAA, etc.) is a plus.
