As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that activities are planned and executed promptly following the project schedule. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain project documentation, facilitate effective communication between teams, and ensure task organization.

Description

Responsibilities:

● Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.

● Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.

● Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project files.

● Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenses, and financial reports.

● Support quality assurance processes by tracking project deliverables and ensuring they meet quality standards.

● Track project progress and performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.

● Participate in lessons-learned sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

● A collaborative and team-oriented mindset

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Experience with project management tools, such as Click Up.

● The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

● A proactive approach to problem-solving, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

Salary

$44,000 - $55,000 per year
