Acclinate seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead our talent acquisition and development strategies. Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy focused on attracting and retaining high-performing employees.
    • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify industry trends, recruitment challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Gain a deep understanding of Acclinate's workforce needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Identify and prioritize key positions, developing tailored recruitment approaches for each role.
    • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, educational institutions, and industry partners.
    • Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    • Responsible for meeting and exceeding hiring goals by attracting and securing qualified talent.
  • Employee Development & Engagement:
    • Collaborate closely with department leaders to assess training and development needs, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
    • Design and implement employee development programs, including onboarding, mentorship, and leadership training.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge morale and address any concerns.
  • Performance Management & Rewards:
    • Develop and implement a fair and effective performance management system that aligns with company goals.
    • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and recognize outstanding employee contributions.
    • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-fill, and employee satisfaction, to measure the success of HR initiatives.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree in HR or MBA is a plus.
  • License/Certification: Professional in Human Resources (preferred), other professional certifications a plus
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources management.
    • Minimum 5 years management experience (leading people or managing projects)
    • Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
    • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to influence internal leaders in support of people initiatives
    • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Facilitation skills, both virtual and in-person.
    • Proven analytical skills to evaluate metrics, perform data analysis and market research
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Proactive and innovative approach to talent management.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and other relevant tools.

Salary

$98,000 - $125,000 per year
