Acclinate seeks an experienced and dynamic email and SMS marketer to join our team. As Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and effective email and SMS campaigns that resonate with our NOWINCLUDED community. We are looking for a HubSpot expert, who will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing strategies to nurture and convert new NOWINCLUDED community members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative email content that aligns with the NOWINCLUDED brand messaging and resonates with our community
- HubSpot Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of HubSpot to design campaigns, create workflows, and analyze performance metrics
- Lifecycle Management: Work closely with both the Marketing and Community teams to create a seamless and inviting customer journey, crafting emails tailored to the preferences and behaviors of the NOWINCLUDED community
- Analytics and A/B Testing: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of email campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Subject Matter Expertise: Stay informed about email marketing regulations, and industry best practices, and implement compliance standards to ensure ethical and effective communication
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) working as an Email Marketer or similar role with a strong emphasis on content creation.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing HubSpot for email marketing automation and campaign management.
- Experience in writing for a community-focused audience
- Familiarity with community engagement strategies is preferred
- Proficiency in crafting text message promotions and understanding SMS marketing best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box and suggest new strategies

Nice to haves:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Salary
$56,000 - $60,000 per year
