Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies that build affective trust across key metros.
• Work with the team to execute key account deliverables across the NOWINCLUDED platform.
• Serve as an external-facing resource, providing guidance, support, and answers to questions about Acclinate’s NOWINCLUDED community platform and its offerings.
• Review and edit project assets to ensure compliant and engaging materials throughout the community engagement process.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the success of community efforts.
• Support key accounts' operational performance, ensuring quality work, deadline, and budget adherence.
• Support the project team, which consists of project managers and team leads, in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key account partners.
• Represent the community team across external and internal communications as it relates to project-related engagement efforts.
• Proactively address and resolve any community-related issues, conflicts, or complaints, ensuring value add for research sponsors and other clients.
• Assist the business operations team in establishing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of key account staff, product offerings, disease states of interest, and clinical trial diversity goals.
• Identify potential growth opportunities across key accounts.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3-5 years of healthcare experience with 1-2 years leading client accounts.
• Familiarity with IRB and other regulatory processes.
• Fully understands the healthcare landscape and actively stays up-to-date on marketplace trends and competitor news through the lens of key stakeholders.
• Proficiency with community management tools, CRM platforms, and social media analytics.
• Superior organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a community-first approach.
