Acclinate seeks a highly motivated Junior Content AI Specialist to assist with creating and delivering communications using AI tools to transform the NOWINCLUDED community experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging AI into content workflows, enhancing creativity, and improving efficiency, without losing the human touch. You will report to the Director of Content Development while working towards our goal of educating and empowering over 1 million community members.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement AI-driven tools that can augment the content creation process for faster and more personalized output.
- Have an understanding of natural language generation (NLG) and natural language processing (NLP) systems.
- Optimize content to provide personalized community experiences based on data algorithms and feedback.
- Explore and test new AI tools to support content writing, editing, and multimedia generation that will grow and engage the NOWINCLUDED community.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging tools that help to optimize content (e.g., videos, graphics, etc) across digital channels.
- Leverage AI and various engagement methods to explain complex medical topics to community members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate ways to enhance the creative process to reach the right community members faster.
- Analyze content performance data to understand the effectiveness of generative AI engagement efforts.
- Gather and analyze data related to community engagement activities to assess impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics and success stories.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience with AI content tools (e.g., Jasper, Gemini), automation in content workflows, and familiarity with machine learning, NLG, and NLP.
- Clear understanding of content best-practices and an interest in leveraging AI-driven solutions.
- Strong communication skills, including a willingness to be on camera.
- Confident in ability to pitch new, creative ideas.
- Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Openness to learning new platforms and AI technologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes.
