Acclinate seeks a highly motivated and strategic leader to serve as the Head of Commercial. As the Head of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in driving Acclinate's revenue growth and market expansion. You will lead the development and execution of our commercial strategy, overseeing all aspects of sales and business development. You'll work closely with the marketing lead to ensure alignment across all commercial activities, and collaborate with the product lead to inform product development and ensure market fit. You will be a key member of the leadership team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment between our commercial goals and our mission.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with Acclinate's mission and growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with the marketing lead to develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate Acclinate's value proposition to target audiences.
- Partner with the product lead to provide market feedback, inform product roadmap priorities, and ensure product-market fit.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage the commercial budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and measure the effectiveness of commercial activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passion for Acclinate's mission to empower communities to take actions for better health.

$180,000 - $220,000 per year
