Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Acclinate's goals, integrating technical insights, community feedback, and market trends into the product roadmap.

● Create and maintain a detailed technical product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business priorities, technical feasibility, and user needs.

● Lead the technical design and development of our platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

● Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and integrations for new features, tools, and APIs.

● Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to technical implementation and post-launch optimization.

● Analyze technical performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, developing innovative solutions to enhance platform usability and engagement.

● Drive cross-functional collaboration across development, design, marketing, and community teams to align product delivery with organizational objectives.

● Ensure adherence to industry best practices for performance, security, and accessibility throughout the development and deployment processes.

● Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, leveraging insights to innovate and future-proof Acclinate’s platforms.

● Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including feature specifications, APIs, and system workflows.

● Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

● 3-5+ years of experience in technical product management or related roles, with a strong focus on web platforms and technical integrations.

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field required.

● Proficiency with modern CMS tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow, with experience integrating third-party APIs.

● Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

● Experience working with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Miro, Notion, ClickUp).

● Proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.

● Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience managing trade-offs between technical constraints and business requirements.

● Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

●Healthcare Knowledge:

o Experience in healthcare or life sciences industries.

o Understanding of healthcare data standards and systems (e.g., EHRs).

o Knowledgeable in current security practices and compliance standards relevant to healthcare, such as HIPAA.

o Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced, agile environment.
