Acclinate is seeking a hands-on Data & Analytics Lead to establish a connected, reliable data environment that enables insight-driven decision making, supports business development, and demonstrates measurable impact across our clinical trial engagement efforts. This role will unify currently distributed data sources, build a scalable and practical data infrastructure, and translate complex healthcare, community, and operational data into actionable intelligence for internal teams, partners, and future stakeholders. The position combines technical execution with analytical leadership to ensure Acclinate’s data assets are trusted, usable, and aligned with long-term growth.

Role Mission
The Data & Analytics Lead will lay the foundation for how Acclinate organizes, understands, and activates its data—turning fragmented information into a strategic asset that supports mission validation, client engagement, and organizational readiness for future scale.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integration & Architecture:
- Integrate data from multiple existing sources (e.g., HubSpot, platform data, community datasets, shared environments, and external healthcare data) into a cohesive, accessible structure.
- Design and implement scalable but pragmatic data models and storage solutions aligned to organizational needs and growth stage.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ingest, clean, and harmonize diverse datasets into a centralized environment.
- Write and optimize Python and SQL workflows for reliable, cost-effective data processing.
- Leverage appropriate cloud-native tools (GCP preferred) to support secure, flexible data operations.
Analytics Enablement & Insight Generation
- Transform integrated datasets into analyses that help identify market opportunities, sponsor needs, and emerging client challenges.
- Develop repeatable reporting and insight frameworks that support business development and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to translate data into clear narratives demonstrating Acclinate’s value proposition and outcomes.
- Create measurable frameworks that show the organization’s effectiveness in improving diversity and representation in clinical trials.
Data Maturation & Governance
- Establish scalable standards for data ingestion, documentation, definitions, and quality management.
- Introduce right-sized governance practices, including data lineage, validation, and reproducibility.
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive healthcare and community data.
- Document data architecture, workflows, and processes to support transparency and long-term sustainability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, community, and business teams to understand evolving data needs and translate them into usable solutions.
- Help shape Acclinate’s enterprise data roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term capability building.
- Support external partnerships by helping define clear, actionable data use cases.
- Provide guidance on future analytics and data team expansion as organizational needs grow.
Qualifications
- Experience working across data engineering, analytics, or data science roles, including building data environments in evolving or high-growth organizations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience designing practical cloud-based data solutions (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and structure complex datasets from multiple operational and external sources.
- Understanding of healthcare data environments and relevant standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, clinical research data) is a plus.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience enabling advanced analytics and future AI/ML use cases.
- Comfortable operating in a builder role that blends hands-on execution with process design and strategic collaboration.

Salary
$79,000 - $116,000 per year
