What will you do? As a Dealer Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue and customer growth. You’ll engage warm leads, build lasting relationships with dealerships, and showcase how Carpool’s technology can streamline their vehicle transport needs. You will pursue new customer warm leads by setting up demos, pitching over the phone, LinkedIn, and email. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and excited to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by executing outbound campaigns via phone and email to convert warm leads.
- Conduct virtual demos and product presentations to potential dealership partners.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients through consistent communication and support.
- Manage and maintain a clean, up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Operations, Product) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of Carpool’s platform, the dealership sales cycle, and the vehicle logistics industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of automotive experience.
- Auto auction or Dealership experience is a plus.
- Passion for building customer relationships.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive under deadlines, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency.
- Creative problem-solving, detail oriented and strong organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel, as needed.
- Based in Atlanta, GA – IN OFFICE ROLE
