As e-commerce takes foothold in all parts of our life including buying and selling cars online, our digital platform connects vehicle shippers with auto haulers. Our platform enables multiple clients to share space on one truck, which means lower cost and fewer emissions. With the automotive revolution upon us, our potential clients range from car manufacturers, auctions, auto dealers, to ride-hailing companies

You are a technically fluent problem-solver who enjoys turning ambiguous business needs into clear, working product solutions. You’re comfortable building front-end prototypes, validating workflows yourself, and collaborating closely with engineers to bring ideas to life.

You don’t wait for perfect requirements—you create them by testing assumptions, thinking through edge cases, and building tangible artifacts. You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive real impact.

You thrive in cross-functional environments and help drive reduced rework and back-and-forth with engineering, faster cycle time from idea to implementation, fewer clarification questions during development, and higher confidence estimates from engineering.

You’ll work in-person with a highly collaborative team at Atlanta Tech Village.

What will you do?

The Product Solutions Analyst sits at the intersection of business, product, and engineering and works directly with the Head of Product (Co-Founder) to shape solutions from the earliest stages. This role focuses on turning complex problems into clear, testable product solutions by combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution. This role does not own production backend development or visual brand design, but works closely with those functions to inform implementation.

You’ll independently prototype front-end experiences, validate logic and flows, and deliver well-defined solutions. Through close collaboration with product leadership, you’ll gain deep exposure to product strategy, decision-making, and roadmap development while directly reducing ambiguity, accelerating delivery, and improving overall product quality.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Prototyping

• Translate business problems into functional front-end prototypes and feature-level implementations
• Build and iterate on UI workflows using modern tools (e.g., Cursor, front-end frameworks, low-code tools)
• Provide developers with working references that clarify intent and behavior

Product Definition

• Break down complex initiatives into front end prototypes and solutions ready for backend work
• Partner with the Development Team to ensure features are both valuable and feasible
• Create clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria grounded in hands-on solution design

Technical Collaboration

• Act as a technical thought partner during backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Communicate constraints, dependencies, and tradeoffs clearly across teams
• Support smooth developer handoffs by eliminating ambiguity upfront

Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years in a Product Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Technical BA, or similar role
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams
• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, SaaS, or operational platforms is a plus

Technical Skills (Required)

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor)
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, component-based UI, or low-code platforms
• SQL or data analysis experience
• Clear understanding of APIs, application state, and data flows

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• This is an in-person position
• We are based in Atlanta, GA

Total Compensation Package:

At Carpool Logistics, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the impact and ownership of this role. This position includes a base salary range of $90,000 – $105,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance and a 401(k) plan with company match.
