About the job:

We’re looking for a Junior or Senior college student to join our team as an Application Support Analyst Intern. This is a hands-on, paid internship where you’ll work directly with our operations, product, and engineering teams to support and improve the tools that power our business.

You won’t just “watch”—you’ll actually own real tickets, solve real problems, and build real experience.

What you will do:

• Provide Level 1 application support for internal teams, customers, and carriers
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and help resolve user problems
• Manage and respond to support tickets (Jira)
• Assist in creating reports and dashboards to support business decisions
• Help train users on internal tools (TMS & mobile apps)
• Document processes and improve internal knowledge bases
• Work with engineering/product to identify bugs and suggest improvements
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical users

What you will learn:

• How a startup’s core logistics platform actually operates
• Real-world debugging and production issue handling
• SQL + data analysis in a business context
• How product, engineering, and operations actually collaborate
• Exposure to tools like AWS, dashboards, and ticketing systems

Qualifications:

• Current Junior or Senior pursuing: Computer Science or Information Systems
• Basic understanding of:
  • SQL (huge plus)
  • APIs or web applications
• Strong problem-solving mindset (this matters more than experience)
• Good communication skills (you’ll talk to real users)
• Ability to work independently and figure things out

Nice to Have:

• Experience with dashboards (Tableau, QuickSight, etc.)
• Exposure to PHP, Laravel, or any backend framework
• Prior internship or technical support experience
