Marketing Intern
Carpool Logistics
About Carpool
Carpool is the logistics infrastructure powering the modern car economy. We combine a proprietary technology platform with a vetted carrier network of 13,000+ transporters to move 200,000+ vehicles annually for dealerships, auctions, OEMs, and fleets nationwide. Headquartered in Atlanta, Carpool is one of the fastest-growing companies in vehicle logistics – and we’re building the marketing team to match.
The Role
We’re looking for a marketing intern who can move between creative and analytical work without missing a beat. You’ll support brand, content, sales enablement, and campaign execution across a fast-moving B2B marketing operation. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with the Head of Marketing on projects that ship – not sit in a folder.
What You’ll Do
Design and produce marketing collateral – one-pagers, social graphics, presentation decks, and trade show materials – in Canva and PowerPoint
Draft, edit, and format written content including LinkedIn posts, email sequences, newsletters, and sales enablement documents
Build and maintain spreadsheets for campaign tracking, competitive research, contact lists, and performance reporting
Support weekly Market Pulse publication by organizing data inputs, formatting deliverables, and coordinating distribution
Assist with event logistics and materials preparation for industry conferences and trade shows
Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning and messaging across dealer, auction, and fleet verticals
Help manage and update content across LinkedIn, the company website, and internal sales portals
What You Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Comfortable in Canva, Word/Pages, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Excel – you don’t need to be an expert, but you can’t be starting from scratch
Strong writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy
Eye for clean design and layout – you notice when something looks off
Organized self-starter who can manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines without constant oversight
Curiosity about B2B marketing, logistics, or the automotive industry is a plus – willingness to learn is non-negotiable
Why Carpool
You won’t be filing papers or fetching coffee. This is a small, high-output marketing team where your work goes live. You’ll get exposure to brand strategy, content marketing, sales enablement, event marketing, and data-driven campaigns – all inside a company growing 114% year-over-year.
