As a fast-growing startup, Franzy has raised $1M in capital and is gearing up for its official launch in January 2025. We’re seeking a driven and versatile Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing initiatives that will fuel our growth and support our mission.


What You’ll Do

As our first marketing hire, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute Franzy’s marketing strategy while working directly with the founders and managing relationships with contractors. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
    • Coordinate marketing initiatives across SEO, PPC, PR, influencer outreach, email marketing, and social media.
    • Collaborate with contractors, ensuring alignment with Franzy’s goals.
    • Track and report on the performance of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to optimize growth.
  2. Content Creation & Campaign Execution
    • Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns (both transactional and marketing-focused).
    • Manage content creation for social media, ads, blog posts, and future podcast episodes.
    • Source and manage freelance designers and content creators for ad creative, email design, and other assets.
  3. PR & Influencer Outreach
    • Help manage and expand influencer and PR campaigns to increase Franzy’s visibility during our launch.
    • Develop and pitch content ideas to press and influencers, ensuring consistent messaging.
  4. SEO & Paid Media Coordination
    • Collaborate with SEO contractors and agencies (e.g., A2 Analytics) on programmatic SEO initiatives.
    • Work with our PPC contractors to refine paid search and digital advertising strategies.
  5. Growth & Experimentation
    • Identify and test new growth channels to acquire and engage users.
    • Develop and execute innovative campaigns that resonate with our target customer profiles.

Who You Are

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a startup, SaaS, or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, email, and content.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of organizing contractors and resources.
  • Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret KPIs and metrics.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $65,000–$85,000/year
  • Equity Offering: 0.25%–1.0%
