As an Assistant Market Manager, you'll be central to balancing our three-sided marketplace of customers, consumers, and drivers. You'll develop and execute strategies to deliver an unparalleled experience for our driver network while ensuring client satisfaction.

This position is based in Southern California and requires regular travel within the region. Candidates must reside in Southern California.

• Develop and implement strategies to create an exceptional driver experience across our network
• Guide, train, and support our driver community to maintain the highest quality standards
• Guarantee prompt service and achieve optimal customer satisfaction by maintaining the ideal number of drivers in the network.
• Internalize, own, and continuously improve business and performance metrics
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement
• Build strong customer relationships and become an invaluable business partner
• Facilitate training and education for both drivers and customers
• Travel throughout Southern California to manage operations across the region

• 1+ years of team management experience (10+ employees)
• Leadership experience in fast-paced consumer services environments
• Proven ability managing complex stakeholders and partnership operations
• Operational or process improvement experience
• Schedule flexibility (may require work any day of the week)
• Reliable transportation for commuting throughout Southern California
• Must live in Southern California and be willing to travel across the entire region regularly
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in experimentation and iteration
• Willingness to relocate for growth opportunities
• Deep understanding of service excellence in consumer environments
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus
