About the Role:
HopDrive is looking for a Growth Account Manager to deepen and expand our relationships with existing customers by pairing exceptional client management with a consultative, growth-oriented mindset. You’ll serve as the day-to-day strategic partner for your accounts—ensuring we deliver on our service agreements, identifying opportunities to grow usage and revenue, and building tailored solutions that meet evolving customer needs. Working closely with our Client Success, Finance, and Operations teams, you’ll translate customer goals into clear plans and measurement strategies that demonstrate impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and grow revenue over time by identifying, developing, and closing expansion opportunities
- Build and execute account plans that align to customer goals, outline priorities, and keep implementation work and follow-through on track
- Develop tailored solutions and proposals - product recommendations, pilots, pricing requests, and rollout plans - that address customer needs and drive adoption
- Ensure we deliver on our commitments by tracking SLA and adoption requirements, coordinating internal teams, escalating issues when needed, and keeping customers informed
- Monitor account health through stakeholder check-ins and performance metrics, and translate results into clear value stories (including ROI where relevant)
- Partner closely with Product, Implementation/Ops, and Support to remove blockers, improve the customer experience, and bring customer feedback into planning and roadmap discussions
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities to convert current SaaS-only subscribers into full-service customers to maximize value.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of account status, client interactions, and internal processes to ensure transparency and continuity.
- Cultivate deep, personable relationships with key stakeholders to not only manage accounts but actively grow them through trust and communication.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years experience in Account Management / Customer Success / Solutions / Growth in a B2B environment (SaaS preferred but not required)
- Strong consultative communication: can talk confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, and can write clean, persuasive customer-facing materials
- Analytical skills: comfortable with reviewing data and turning insights into a narrative
- Highly organized: can manage multiple accounts, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously
- Collaborative: pulls in the right internal teams and drives work to completion
- Startup Mentality: can thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the agility to pivot strategies quickly as business needs evolve.
- Industry Experience: previous experience in the fleet or automotive industry with similar job roles is highly preferred.
- SaaS Background: experience in SaaS product launches, direct sales, and customer support.
