We're a fast-growing startup based in Richmond, VA with a remote-first culture built on autonomy and execution. We recently announced a major integration partnership that embeds our solution directly into a leading fleet management platform used by thousands of automotive retailers across North America.
Our 2026 vision is clear: land OEM partnerships and unlock expansion into adjacent mobility markets. This isn't just about selling what we have—it's about positioning HopDrive as the configurable mobility hub that dealerships, OEMs, and fleet operators choose to power their transportation needs at scale.
The Role
We're hiring a SaaS GTM Manager to translate our platform capabilities into revenue and market adoption. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to our CEO. You'll own sales execution across multiple channels while building the go-to-market infrastructure—campaigns, collateral, messaging, and processes—that positions HopDrive as an enterprise mobility platform, not just a point solution.
We need someone who can close deals, build sales decks, design campaigns, run demos, and iterate messaging in real time. You'll be at the forefront of taking our platform vision to market, helping dealerships and OEMs understand that HopDrive isn't just solving pickup & delivery—we're becoming their mobility operating system.
What You'll Do
Sales Execution
- Lead select direct deals end-to-end (discovery through close) and drive a crisp close plan; prioritize high-value opportunities
- Partner with our existing dealer customer base to convert warm referrals into SaaS subscribers across dealer groups and sister brands
- Enable and support partner/channel motions - provide messaging, enablement, and field support that improves attach rate and velocity
- Run consultative discovery and executive-level storytelling that positions HopDrive as a configurable mobility platform (not a single-use tool)
- Own pipeline discipline in HubSpot: stage definitions, forecasting cadence, and clear next steps so leadership has reliable visibility
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Develop messaging and positioning that reflects our evolution from point solution to enterprise mobility platform—and keep it current through win/loss and customer insight
- Partner with leadership and Product to translate market feedback into roadmap inputs, packaging recommendations, and a compelling product narrative
- Build the core sales infrastructure: pitch deck(s), ROI framework, product comparison guides, competitive notes, case studies, and a repeatable demo flow
- Stand up and iterate demand generation with our marketing agency: targeted campaigns, outbound sequences, and measurable funnel conversion metrics
- Create a formalized referral program that activates our existing customer base as champions and drives qualified intros
- Develop and test outbound prospecting strategies, tracking conversion metrics and optimizing based on performance
- Collaborate with leadership on partnership opportunities, joint GTM planning, and partner enablement requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years in B2B SaaS sales and/or go-to-market roles, ideally in platform or infrastructure software
- Proven ability to sell vision and roadmap, not just current product capabilities—you know how to position a platform story
- Experience owning full sales cycles with consistent quota attainment in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong at balancing execution with light strategy—you can close deals while also building the sales and marketing infrastructure needed to scale
- Excellent storytelling and positioning skills—you can articulate how a platform creates compounding value over point solutions
- Comfortable selling to multiple buyer personas: dealer principals, GMs, fixed ops directors, OEM fleet managers, CFOs
- Data-driven and metrics-obsessed—you know your conversion rates and optimize relentlessly
- Startup mentality: scrappy, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Automotive, dealership, fleet, or mobility industry experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10-15% for customer meetings, tradeshows, partner collaboration)
