Summary:
As a Director of Asset Management for the Two Keys Property Management team, you are a detail-oriented, hard-working, problem solver with an optimistic attitude, that can easily (and happily) wear many hats. You can uphold our company’s principles and values while adding to our unique culture. As a leader of our Two Keys Team, you will broadly be responsible for providing property management services to a portfolio of over 300 homes.
You Will:
- Provide Two Keys hosts with property and portfolio performance analysis to drive host ROI.
- Identify host pain points/concerns with PM services provided and coordinate resolutions inside Two Keys departments.
- Partner with existing Two Keys hosts as well as the PadSplit growth team to drive host expansion.
- Identify and drive new Two Keys hosts.
- Understand administrative processes and how those tasks impact the provision of property management services.
- Manage host relationships professionally and courteously with key business partners including internal and external stakeholders, and other operational affiliations.
You Have/Are:
- 5+ years of experience in asset/portfolio management.
- Hands-on experience in property management and asset management is required.
- Able to identify and solve problems on time and create solutions independently.
- Familiarity with a variety of best-in-class asset management concepts, practices, and procedures is also desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills in a property management environment are a plus.
