Job responsibilities:

<li>Design and set strategy for a best-in-class newsletter</li>
<li>Create monthly process for sourcing, curating and distributing pickleball content</li>
<li>Work directly with brands for advertising opportunities</li>
<li>Track engagement metrics and optimize revenue per send</li>
