Pickleheads is the fastest-growing technology platform for pickleball players! We help players find courts, schedule games, join groups, chat with other players and more.

We have over 600,000 monthly unique visitors, our email newsletter has over 145,000 subscribers and our mobile app has 75,000+ installs. These numbers grow every day and we have an exciting opportunity to work with sponsors looking to reach this unique audience.

We’re hiring a full-time sales representative to drive sales and partnerships across our growing media properties.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can identify decision-makers within key accounts. You will find opportunities through large-scale outreach to prospects that build rapport and establish long-term relationships. The role will offer a balance of daily execution and opportunity to improve and innovate on the sales strategy.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably with digital ads
  • Based in the US or Canada
  • Works regular business hours (flexible on which US timezone)
  • Can both hunt for prospects and manage accounts
  • Bonus - an avid pickleball player!

What We Offer

  • $100,000/year OTE with uncapped commission structure
  • $50,000/yr base salary
  • $50,000/yr on-target commission
  • 0.25% equity on a standard 4-year vest with 1-year cliff
  • Fully remote position

What You’ll Do

  • Report directly to our COO and work with our small team of founders, marketing managers and content editors
  • Sell sponsorships across all Pickleheads properties (web, app and email)
  • Build custom proposals that maximize results for advertising partners
  • Identify new opportunities for ad products that customers want
  • Close inbound leads from the website and newsletter
  • Build a robust pipeline with your own prospecting and outbound strategy
  • Work all stages of pipeline by effectively leveraging Hubspot’s CRM tools

Our Process

  1. Review of your resume and background
  2. An introductory video call with our COO, Brandon (30 minutes)
  3. A take-home test project (2-3 hours)
  4. A conversation with Max, co-founder & CEO, for culture & community fit (30 minutes)
