Saltbox simplifies the hardest parts of running a small online business by providing modern, flexible workspaces. Our members operate across a wide range of industries, including Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, and Electronics.

The Role
We’re looking for Seasonal Member Specialists to join our Atlanta team and support operations during the peak season. We are hiring for our Upper Westside location. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the facilities run smoothly, assist members with logistical tasks, and contribute to our vibrant Saltbox community.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track.
• Monitor the delivery dock and assist with unloading trucks, pallets, and shipments.
• Lift, pull, and move packages ranging from 5 to 100 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
• Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational.
• Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, with potential Saturdays during peak season. Shifts may start as early as 7am and run as late as 8pm.
• Season Duration: Oct 14 – Dec 19, 2025 (potential extension).
• Location: Saltbox Atlanta – Upper Westside: 1345 Seaboard Industrial Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA
• Pay Range: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour.
