Saltbox simplifies the hardest parts of running a small online business by providing modern, flexible workspaces. Our members operate across a wide range of industries, including Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, and Electronics.

The Role
We’re looking for 2 Seasonal Member Specialists to join our Miami (Doral) team and support operations during the peak season. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the facility runs smoothly, assist members with logistical tasks, and contribute to our vibrant Saltbox community. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work, and takes accountability seriously.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track.
• Monitor the delivery dock and assist with unloading trucks, pallets, and shipments.
• Lift, pull, and move packages ranging from 5 to 100 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
• Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational.
• Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules.
