We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Finance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for startups and new technologies, a strong understanding of finance, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support financial operations, including but not limited to: budgeting, financial forecasting, capital allocation, and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic objectives
• Lead financial modeling and analysis efforts to support strategic initiatives, fundraising activities, and decision-making at the senior leadership level
• Evaluate and implement financial systems, processes, and controls that meet the needs of our rapidly growing organization
• Work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop financial strategies and plans that align with our business objectives
• Assist in the financial planning and strategy for new products and service offerings

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in the technology sector or a start-up environment
• Familiarity with venture capital financing
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis, including the use of advanced Excel functionality
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial colleagues and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
