The Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing the hardware systems for our autonomous mobile robots. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the capabilities and reliability of our products.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex hardware systems for our robotic solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware with software and mechanical components
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency
  • Conduct and oversee rigorous testing and validation of hardware systems
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in hardware technologies relevant to robotics and automation
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Manage hardware projects from conception through production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware-related issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware design and development, preferably in the robotics or related industry
  • Proficient in the design of electronic circuits and systems, including both digital and analog components
  • Experience with PCB design and layout tools
  • Familiarity with various sensors, actuators, and control systems used in robotics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Proactive and creative approach to tackling challenges
