Position Overview:
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to help us attract top talent to fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll manage the recruitment process for key technical roles in robotics, collaborating closely with our hiring managers to ensure we hire the best candidates in the industry. This is a contract position, ideal for someone with a passion for the robotics space and experience in recruiting for technical teams. This position can be remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across both technical and non technical teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Source and engage passive and active candidates using multiple channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks).
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain a seamless candidate experience, providing clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up to date with trends in robotics and automation to ensure sourcing strategies remain aligned with market demands.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in robotics, automation, or other technical industries.
- Strong understanding of the skill sets and qualifications needed for robotics engineering and related technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience with recruiting tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Experience and Skills Preferred:
- Previous experience recruiting for robotics or automation technology companies.
- Knowledge of emerging robotics technologies and industry trends.
- Familiarity with recruiting in high-growth environments.
