About This Role:

We’re seeking an outgoing and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to connect with insurance agents and distribution partners across the U.S. Should be comfortable with frequent travel. This is more than just a sales role you will be the driving force behind new business development, product launches, and strategic growth initiatives. To thrive in this position, you need to be adaptable, think quickly on your feet, and embrace teamwork.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, thrives in a startup atmosphere, and is eager to grow with us long term. You’ll need to balance multiple tasks, collaborate seamlessly across departments, has a flexible work schedule and bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do.

This is an In person position based at our Midtown Atlanta office

What You Bring:

  • Outgoing and Professional: You are energized by building relationships and engaging with partners.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
  • Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
  • Team Player: You collaborate effectively and thrive within a supportive team dynamic.
  • Sales Expertise: 5+ years in sales, including at least 2+ years in B2B sales is a preferred. Property insurance experience working with independent agents is a plus.
  • Territory Management: Not required but proven ability to manage territories and drive market growth. Ability to travel as needed.
  • Multitasking and Flexibility: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands.
  • Long-Term Growth Focus: A desire to grow with Sola and contribute to its success over time.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop Business Relationships: Drive nationwide expansion by engaging and onboarding top tier insurance agencies and distribution partners, building a powerful network that revolutionizes how clients recover from natural disasters. Be at the forefront of creating partnerships that make an impact, foster innovation, and deliver unmatched service across the country!
  • Elevate Distribution Partners: Support partners in achieving their goals through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Build Referral Networks: Leverage industry relationships to expand partnerships and foster collaboration. short and long sales cycle experience
  • Optimize Sales Systems: Develop and refine our HubSpot system for deal tracking and relationship management. Innovate onboarding processes for agency partners.
  • Represent Sola at Events: Utilize conferences and trade shows to identify new agencies, referral partners, and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
  • Maintain Agency Engagement: Conduct in person and virtual meetings to reinforce product knowledge and drive agency performance. Learn from successful agencies to identify best practices for growth.
