About this Role:

We’re looking for a driven and highly organized Account Manager to play a key role in supporting our rapidly growing network of insurance agents and distribution partners across the U.S. In this role, you’ll be the key resource for our agency partners, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. You’ll work closely with our Territory Sales Leader, helping manage onboarding, streamlining communication, and handling critical logistics to keep things running smoothly. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of our product and messaging are essential. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our partners have a seamless experience with Sola.

This is an in-person role based at our midtown Atlanta office.

What you bring:

  • Sales experience: You bring 2-4 years of experience in account management or sales, with clear examples of how you’ve gone above and beyond to grow engagement and strengthen client relationships.

What you will do:

  • Agency account support: Take ownership of agency communications, ensuring partners have the resources, information, and support they need to succeed. You’ll be the key behind the scene person for agencies, keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
  • Work closely with our Territory Sales Leader: Work hand-in-hand with our Territory Sales Leader, acting as an extension of the sales team. While they lead intro, onboarding, and follow-up calls, you’ll manage the backend communication in between the calls.
  • Agency engagement: Stay on top of agency communications, track to-do items, and manage follow-ups. You’ll set reminders for calls, emails, and check-ins, ensuring our agency partners remain engaged and supported throughout their journey with Sola.
  • Improve company operations and communication: Identify process gaps and suggest improvements. Whether it's streamlining workflows or enhancing client communication, you’ll work closely with the tech and design teams to implement solutions, holding them accountable to timelines and outcomes.
  • Sales System: Build and iterate upon our hubspot system for deal tracking and relationship management. Improve process to onboard effective agencies with an open mind to new approaches.
