Hi, I’m Otavio, the Product Manager at Sola.
I’ll be leading the hiring process for this role. As a designer myself, I’m especially excited to review your work and get a glimpse of the incredible projects you’ve been working on.
At Sola, we’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join our growing team in our Atlanta office. You’ll help bring our brand to life across the customer experience, from initial interactions to ongoing communication.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Sales and Product teams to identify opportunities, craft content from scratch, and deliver assets that move the needle. From first impressions to long-term engagement, you’ll play a key role in how customers experience our brand.
This is an in-person role based at our midtown Atlanta office.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in graphic and marketing design, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio that demonstrates marketing design across channels and strong brand consistency. (Most Important Qualification)
- Ability to write clear, engaging copy that complements your visual work.
- Experience creating both static and motion assets for digital and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects).

What you will do:
- Design and produce engaging marketing assets, including but not limited to emails, social media graphics, digital ads, and print collateral.
- Drive end-to-end design projects, from conceptualization to final deployment, ensuring quality and brand consistency throughout.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, delivering work on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactively identify content gaps and create materials that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Write and design clear, compelling content for marketing campaigns and materials.
- Help maintain and evolve our visual identity across all brand platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand messaging goals and translate them into strong visual communication.
- Support sales and agent-facing teams with decks, one-pagers, flyers, and other visuals.
