About Us
Switchyards is the world’s first neighborhood work club. We're creating places to do our best thinking and most productive work. Near home. Around friends and neighbors. Always open — 24/7.
Based in Atlanta and venture-funded, we’ve created a new consumer category for the future of work. With big plans to open work clubs across the country, we are becoming one of the iconic brands of our generation.
In our next phase, growth = oxygen. This exciting chapter will blend the best of scalable hyper-local growth with our distinctive Switchyards brand. We’re on the hunt for a Launch Manager to help execute our aggressive goals for new club launches in 2025 and beyond.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for someone to help build, create, and install our neighborhood work clubs. Our ideal candidate thrives in the “gray,” and loves solving problems. The position is part of our larger Launch Team, tasked with opening and updating clubs across the country. The Launch Manager will work cross-functionally across our Launch and Club Design teams.
Please note: This position will be in the field 60-75% of the time. You will often be on location in new cities, preparing clubs for opening, placing our furniture, and installing pieces you’ve helped build. In short, you are the hands that ensure the Switchyards vision is realized.
