Switchyards Inc. Partnerships Manager Atlanta, GA · Nashville, TN · Austin, TX · Houston, TX · Dallas, TX · Full time Company website

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to help generate new leads and drive membership growth. You’ll manage strategic partnerships that help fill our clubs — from creators, coffee shops, and community connections to national brands and media outlets. You’ll also mentor a specialist and work closely with our VP of Marketing to strengthen systems, measurement, and long-term partnership strategy. This person will need to work across the organization to be successful. The ideal candidate is as comfortable negotiating a brand deal as they are chatting with a neighborhood coffee shop owner or local influencer. They thrive in the details of execution and are eager to stretch into bigger strategic thinking with the right support and coaching.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute partnership and influencer initiatives that drive lead generation, tours, and membership growth for new and existing markets while collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing.
  • Support the development of partnership strategy and local playbooks — refining how we find, vet, and activate the right partners for each new club to create a repeatable model.
  • Track budgets, contracts, and results; monitor spend vs. return and prepare summaries for leadership.
  • Manage one Partnerships Specialist; delegate and guide outreach, logistics, and reporting.
  • Oversee creator and influencer collaborations: outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Establish relationships with “superconnectors” — the people in town who know everyone and have influence. These are evergreen relationships you nurture.
  • Develop and execute partnerships with local and national brands, including co-branded activations, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • Own marketing relationships with our Coffee + Sneak Peek Tour Party Partners — coordinating and executing all digital and in-person campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing, Creative, Member Services, and Club Operations teams to ensure partnership initiatives integrate seamlessly with larger campaigns and company goals.
  • Manage media paid partnerships (podcasts, newsletters, event sponsorships).
  • Contribute ideas to new activation formats and scalable partnership programs that can grow across markets.

Success in this Role

  • Each new club opens with strong local buzz and meaningful partnerships that drive member sign-ups.
  • Partnerships consistently generate qualified leads that convert to memberships.
  • Existing club growth is supported by ongoing partnership work.
  • Partnership systems and reporting become more efficient and data-informed.
  • Partners feel proud to work with Switchyards — relationships are long-term and reciprocal.
  • You develop a clear POV on partnership strategy, guided by the VP of Marketing.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, community marketing, or influencer programs, ideally at a consumer or lifestyle brand. Bonus points for familiarity with a subscription or membership business model.
  • Experience securing and building accounts, raising funds or other sales-oriented type of responsibilities
  • Track record managing local brand or creator partnerships from concept through execution.
  • Comfortable negotiating deals, managing timelines, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills; high emotional intelligence — connecting with people is your superpower.
  • Willing to travel for club openings, events, and activations (40%-50%+). Comfortable working on the road and being present at events.
  • Highly organized, persistent, and adaptable — able to balance creative vision with executional detail.
  • Data-aware mindset; comfortable reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Uber responsive, inbox-zero mentality with a service-oriented approach to external partners.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Existing local creator or media relationships.
  • Familiarity with influencer management tools or CRM systems.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team.

Perks & Benefits

  • Strong salary and benefits package that includes health insurance, stock options, and more. We want you to thrive here!
  • A dynamic and vibrant work culture that promotes personal growth, collaboration, and risk-taking.
  • Equipment you need to get your work done effectively.
  • Mileage reimbursement.
  • A Switchyards membership for you and your family.
  • 1000000000000001 cups of coffee.
