Description

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to own the day-to-day flow of incoming and outgoing FF&E for our upcoming club launches.

You’ll receive, prep, stage, organize, repair, and learn the ins-and-outs of everything that builds neighborhood work clubs.: From tiny lamp parts and matchbooks to large, one-of-a-kind vintage furniture. You’re the owner/operator of the “Launch Pad.”

This role reports directly to the Launch Lead.

What You’ll Bring

  • A working knowledge of warehouse operations, receiving, stocking, and processing. You’re comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • An obsessive love of organization and logistics. You understand how a well-run warehouse creates structure and keeps projects moving.
  • A sharp eye for detail. You keep your workspace clean, efficient, and safe, and you manage your time well between routine tasks and last-minute requests.
  • Flexibility. You’re comfortable shifting priorities and jumping into new tasks as the day unfolds.
  • Strong time management. Every day looks a little different, and you know how to keep things moving.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse tools and equipment — pallet jacks, drills, ladders, and can confidently stroll through the hardware store.
  • A box cutter. To kill cardboard.

  • Support the Launch Team, studio, and shop with pick-ups and project needs
  • Pitch in on special projects

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse, storage, facilities, operations, or similar roles
  • Local, in-person role with 32-40hours of warehouse coverage per week in Cabbagetown, Atlanta

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Georgia driver’s license with a squeaky-clean driving record (no points or DUIs)
  • General repair skills and comfort with hands-on work
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Perks and Benefits:

  • A salary and benefits package that includes health & dental insurance, stock options, and more. We want you to thrive here!
