The Project Manager, New Development supports the end-to-end execution of new club projects, working closely with the VP of Operations, Launch Lead, and cross-functional partners to move spaces from early planning through build-out, close-out, and handoff. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for a project manager eager to grow in real estate development, construction, and launch operations.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, New Development, you’ll report to the VP of Operations and work closely with the Launch Lead and cross-functional partners across Real Estate, Design, and Field Operations to help move projects from early planning through design, build-out, close-out, and handoff. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for a project manager who wants to grow their career in real estate development, construction, and launch operations.

Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
- Support the execution of new club development projects from pre-gray box planning through space design, build-out, tenant improvement requisition, close-out, and handoff to Field Operations.
- Assist in building and maintaining milestone-driven project schedules and ensuring day-to-day tasks stay on track.
- Help manage project scope and track progress against approved plans, flagging risks or issues early.
- Maintain pipeline and timeline control over several development projects at once.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Launch Lead, Design, Real Estate, and external contractors to keep projects moving.
- Serve as a point of contact for contractors and vendors for day-to-day coordination and issue resolution.
- Participate in site walks, installations, and on-site support during key phases of construction and launch.
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain clean, up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, scopes, budgets, decisions, and handoff materials.
- Prepare weekly project updates and support regular check-ins to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Document site-specific details, constraints, utilities, and operational considerations to support smooth transitions.
Budget & Close-Out Support
- Assist with budget tracking, change orders, and spend visibility in partnership with the Launch Lead.
- Support project close-out by ensuring final documentation, lessons learned, and required deliverables are completed.
- Help ensure each space is delivered to Field Operations with all necessary information for a successful opening.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience coordinating or supporting construction, renovation, or development projects.
- Experience in creating and maintaining project schedules.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Basic understanding of MEP building systems.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel up to ~25% for site visits, scope walks, and installations.
