Description

Product Manager- Digital

What You’ll Do

As Product Manager, you’ll own the digital product experience end-to-end—from shaping the roadmap to personally driving execution and improving what we build. You’ll be the voice of our members, bringing unique insights and understanding to the digital product roadmap.

This is a hands-on role: you won’t just define the work, you’ll do it—writing stories, making product decisions in real time, digging into data, and pushing things across the finish line. You’ll turn strategy into clear priorities, keep teams aligned and moving, and make smart tradeoffs to deliver great member experiences across our website, app, and internal tools.

You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Ops to ensure everything we ship is thoughtful, effective, and continuously getting better. This role is about momentum and judgment—bringing clarity where there isn’t any, making decisions when it’s not obvious, and holding a high bar for how our digital product shows up for members.

Responsibilities

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Translate product strategy into a clear, prioritized backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and standups to ensure the team is aligned and unblocked.
  • Make day-to-day tradeoff decisions on scope, timelines, and quality to keep delivery on track.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to clarify requirements, answer questions, and remove ambiguity during build.
  • Validate features pre- and post-launch through testing, user feedback, and data analysis.
  • Track key metrics, monitor performance, and quickly iterate based on results and learnings.
  • Own execution in practice, not just planning, by directly driving tickets, decisions, and day-to-day progress with the team.
  • Dive into the details, whether that’s reviewing flows, QA’ing features, pulling data, or jumping in to unblock the team.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, not just output. If something isn’t working, you fix it.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to ensure smooth execution across teams (e.g., marketing, support, ops).
  • Partner with Brand/Product to absorb strategic direction and translate it into digital roadmap priorities.
  • Work closely with Marketing to align on customer journey, campaign timing, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with Ops to understand system integration dependencies and ensure new features support a seamless Member Experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep comfort owning a roadmap end-to-end, from strategy and prioritization through execution and post-launch iteration.
  • Ability to step into the shoes of our members to understand what they value in a digital product experience. Leverage these insights to help develop the digital product roadmap and prioritize efforts.
  • Strong product judgment. You’ve made hard tradeoffs under pressure and can articulate the reasoning behind your decisions.
  • Proven ability to keep delivery moving without being micromanaged.
  • Experience working across engineering, design, and non-technical stakeholders as a credible, trusted partner.
  • Data-driven approach. You set success metrics before you ship, track them rigorously, and know when to iterate vs. stay the course.
  • Familiarity with modern digital stacks (CRM, CDP, analytics, app platforms); HubSpot, Supabase, Snowflake, or similar experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—you can align a room and write a crisp brief.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of product management experience in a digital product environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and outcome tracking.
  • Strong command of agile delivery. You’ve run the sprints and can improve the process, not just follow it.
  • Experience with web and mobile product development, including agency or outsourced team coordination.
  • Solid analytical skills; proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Metabase, or similar.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership with an ability to influence across marketing, ops, and technical teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.

Perks and Benefits:

  • A salary and benefits package that includes health & dental insurance, stock options, and more. We want you to thrive here!
  • A dynamic and vibrant work culture that promotes personal growth, collaboration, and risk-taking.
  • The equipment you need to get your work done efficiently.
  • A Switchyards membership for you and your family.
  • 1000000000000001 cups of coffee.
