Overview

Clubkeep Leads are, first and foremost, Clubkeeps. They're our operational boots on the ground who assist with on-site operational needs, in addition to a standard Clubkeep workload.

Clubkeep Leads are dialed in on ensuring our clubs are overflowing with coffee, our spaces clean and tidy, and that everything happening behind the scenes is tight and efficient. They're our secret weapon – ensuring that every member's visit feels welcoming, consistent, and juuuust right.

As a Clubkeep Lead, you’ll maintain our high standards of service and attention to detail while supporting management with day-to-day operational tasks. Our Clubkeep Leads give a damn about their neighborhood work club and the members who make it special!

Responsibilities

• Maintaining our standards of care, communication, cleanliness, and consistency while delivering a high level of service.
• Following a detailed checklist to complete shifts with attention to detail.
• Reporting to our operations team with clear and concise communication.
• General cleaning, tidying, and upkeep of the club alongside basic maintenance of coffee equipment.
• Monitoring member activity during your shift, addressing members as needed and reporting back to our operations team.
• Coordination with management on receiving orders, stocking supplies, and taking inventory.
• Assisting management with on-site needs related, but not limited, to vendor coordination, repair/maintenance/improvement tasks, special deliveries, stockroom inventory and organization, and other facility or vendor-related matters.
• Detailed communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

The Nitty Gritty

• Clubkeep Leads average 3-5 Clubkeep shifts plus 1 Lead shift per week.
• Clubkeep shifts average 45-60 mins/shift and are paid at a flat rate of $25/shift.
• Clubkeep Lead shifts are scheduled for 2 hrs/shift and are paid at a flat rate of $50/shift.

Clubkeep shift start-time windows:

Weekdays

• AM – 7:30-8a
• MID – 11-11:30a
• AFT – 2-2:30p
• PM – 5:30-6p

Weekends

• SAT/SUN – 10a-12p

Clubkeep Lead shift times are not limited to the Clubkeep shift structure. Lead shifts are typically scheduled on Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday, before 10am or after 4pm.

Any opportunities for additional hours are paid at $25/hour and will always be approved by management in advance.

All shifts are scheduled in advance.

Schedule flexibility and availability for early-morning or late-afternoon is highly preferred.
