Acclinate seeks a highly motivated Senior Director of Community Growth to grow our NOWINCLUDED community.. In this role, reporting to the Head of Community, you will lead initiatives that expand the reach of our community through partnerships (national and localized), referral programs, and creative strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on innovation and collaboration with a passion for growing our community to over 1 million.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust pipeline of partnerships with organizations, influencers, trusted community leaders, and institutions to raise awareness of NOWINCLUDED by amplifying community reach and increasing member sign-ups.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners to drive member acquisition.
- Partner with the marketing team to oversee campaigns and initiatives that encourage app downloads, community sign-ups, and continued participation.
- Leverage insights from growth metrics (e.g., member acquisition costs, and retention rates) to refine and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and commercial teams to align efforts.
- Design scalable referral and incentive programs to attract new members while retaining existing ones.
- Experiment with cutting-edge growth strategies, such as gamified challenges, co-branded campaigns, and micro-targeted outreach.
- Advocate for innovative solutions to accelerate community growth.
- Develop partnerships and referral programs that incentivize app downloads and long-term use.
- Align growth strategies with app adoption metrics to ensure seamless onboarding and engagement.
- Guide a team of growth professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a focus on results.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Ten or more years of experience in community growth, partnerships, or related roles
- Five or more years leading teams focused on community growth, partnerships, or business development, with a proven ability to scale initiatives and achieve measurable results
- Commitment to designing growth strategies that reflect and respect the unique needs of diverse communities
- Proven track record of achieving growth goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with growth-focused tools like CRMs and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong background in cultivating and managing high-impact partnerships
- Experience and comfort working cross-functionally to achieve goals
- Confidence representing the organization at events, webinars, or panels to increase visibility and attract partnerships
Nice to haves:
- Master’s degree in business, public health, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in health equity or mission-driven organizations.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media campaigns, and content marketing to complement growth efforts.
